We want you to love your purchase — but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received it

In its original packaging

To start a return, please email us at aceapparelassistance@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

If rejected (e.g., item is worn or damaged), we will return the item back to you.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.

Exchanges

If you received the correct size you ordered but would like to exchange it for a different size, we're happy to help.

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

The item must be in its original packaging.

You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive the original item, we’ll send out the new size as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at aceapparelassistance@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We’ll make it right ASAP.
